A bottle of Cameron Bridges single grain whisky, released as Cameron Brig. This is the now discontinued 12 year old version, with a touch more richness than the NAS edition.
An old release of Dalmore 12 year old whisky. This appears to have been bottled sometime in the 1980s, before they switched to their current 'dumpy' bottles.
A tasty old 1990s bottling of 12yo Glenglassaugh with a pleasingly understated label, this easy-going medium-bodied Speysider is hugely drinkable, nutty and chocolatey with prominent tropical fruits.
A special bottling of Glenmorangie to commemorate our progression into the 21st century, this is made up of only whisky from first fill casks, giving a more fuller flavoured whisky than the regular 12 year old. Highly rated and increasingly rare.
The 4th release of Lagavulin's entry in Diageo's yearly Special Releases collection - the ever reliable 12 year old. Fresher and more feisty than the 16 year old, it's both an excellent whisky in its own right as well as a way to see how Lagavulin develops over the years.
An increasingly hard to find bottling, as it was discontinued a while back, from the closed and now redeveloped Rosebank distillery. A victim of the early 1990s downturn in the whisky market and producer of some beautiful whiskies. MAXIMUM 1 BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.
A Springbank Society bottling of the distillery's peaty whisky - Longrow. Distilled in June 1996, matured for 12 years in a Fino sherry but and then bottled at cask strength in April 2009, a few months shy of its 13th birthday. An interesting dram, with the fino wood adding different notes to the more usual dark sherry casks.
