A 1989 vintage single cask Glenrothes (written as Glen Rothes on the label) from Signatory, part of their Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled on New Year's Eve 1989, matured in a refill sherry butt and then bottled on October 8th 2012.
A sherry matured Dalmore, bottled by Signatory as part of their Cask Strength Collection. Distilled on 11th September 1990, aged for 22 years in a sherry butt and then bottled at 57.1% on 10th April 2013.
A well aged 22 year old edition of whisky from Knockdhu (aka anCnoc), bottled at 46% with no colouring or chill filtration. It's a mix of American ex-bourbon casks and some Spanish ex-oloroso butts, adding a bit of leathery smokiness to anCnoc's traditionally silky style.
A very potent plain hogshead cask of Diageo's blending workhorse, Auchroisk (once of Singleton fame), from the 1990 vintage, bottled by Signatory at the end of 2012 for their Cask Strength Collection. Nice to see this very overlooked single malt in its natural state.
A sherry matured whisky from closed Littlemill, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2012 at 22 years of age by The Whisky Agency. This is part of their Sea Life series of whiskies and has a crab infested label.
A 22 year old Highland Park from Signatory, matured in a wine treated butt - their term for a butt that hasn't necessarily been used to age sherry/wine in a traditional manner. It was distilled on 3rd December 1990 and bottled at cask strength on 5th April 2013.
