A 1983 vintage Port Ellen from independent bottlers Silver Seal, bottled at 26 years of age in 2009. The distillery was sadly closed in 1983 and has gained a cult following since, with bottles being in high demand.
An old bottling of 1983 vintage Port Ellen from independent bottler Douglas Laing as part of the Platinum Selection. Distilled in March in the year the distillery closed for good, this was aged in a single cask for 26 years before 203 bottles were yielded in June 2009.
A 1967 vintage bottling of Rosebank from independent bottlers Cadenhead's. Rosebank distillery, closed in 1993, was sited in Falkirk and the road going through the rebuilt site is aptly called "The Maltings".
A single cask independent bottling from Douglas Laing as part of their Old Malt Cask series of the legendary Ardbeg vintage of 1974. Considered by fans of the distillery to be the last true vintage of old, peaty Ardbeg, these bottlings are much sought after.
A 1975 vintage Kinclaith set from Signatory containing a bottle, a mini and a glass. The distillery was only operational between 1957 and 1975, with almost all the production intended for the Long John blends and no distillery bottlings ever released. Bottlings from the distillery are therefore extremely rare and much sought-after.
