39 Year Old Whisky

A 1973 vintage whisky from Glenglassaugh distillery. This whisky has been aged for 39 years and finished in single cask previously used for Muscat Wine. The cask itself is from the Massandra winery in Crimea, which has been producing wine for more than 110 years.

A well aged Duncan Taylor bottling of Bunnahabhain. Distilled in 1968 and bottled just in time at a cask strength of 40.5%/

A 1979 vintage whisky from Glenglassaugh. This whisky has been aged for 39 years and spent time finishing in a barrel previously used for Aleatico wine. The influence of such a sweet wine, gives the whisky a sweet, fruity taste.

A 1972 vintage whisky from Glenglassaugh for their "The Massandra Connection" series. This whisky has been aged for 39 years and finished in "Sherry Style Wines". Sherry style wines are made from a variety of grapes and have a similar flavour profile as sherry (as the name would suggest). This particular sherry style wine is a combination of Sercial, Verdelho, and Crimean Albillo grapes.

An late 1970s bottling of Gordon & Macphail's Avonside Glenlivet Highland single malt, matured in sherry casks for 39 years.

A very rare cask strength Glenlivet 1968, this Reserve Vintage was bottled from cask 7629 in 2008, just a few months shy of its 40th birthday. MAXIMUM 1 BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.

A very very special bottling, this is a vatting of the two oldest casks that were left at Ardbeg and comes in a suitably hefty 'museum piece' box. You even get some soft white gloves to caress it with.
