Single Grain Scotch Whisky
Clan Denny
A long aged 1965 vintage grain whisky from Girvan, the grain distillery built by William Grant and Sons which produced it's first spirit on Christmas day 1963. This sat in its cask for 46 years before being bottled by independent grain lovers Clan Denny.

Blended Scotch Whisky
The Whisky Exchange
An interesting single cask whisky bottled at cask strength in 2011 by The Whisky Exchange. Lochside produced both grain and malt whisky from its opening in 1957 until the early 1970s and this is a 'single blend' using only whisky from the distillery. Unusually, the whisky was blended before ageing, with the mix of grain and malt maturing in the same cask for 46 years. A very rare style from this now closed distillery.

Blended Scotch Whisky
Adelphi
A big and chunky Lochside from Adelphi, bottled at 46 years old from a sherry cask. This is a blend with a difference, with new grain and malt spirit from the now-closed Lochside distillery filled into the same cask and left to mature until 2011, making a 'Single Blend'. THIS IS LIMITED TO ONE PER CUSTOMER.

Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Douglas Laing
A well aged 46 year old whisky from 'Probably Speyside's Finest' distillery, according to bottlers Douglas Laing. Distilled in 1965 and aged in a sherry butt this has taken on the beautiful colour that is typical of old whisky from, for example, Glenfarclas.

Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling
Glen Garioch is a distillery with a comparatively low profile, and quality has varied over its lifetime under a succession of different owners - but real aficionados will tell you that the older expressions are some of the best malts in Scotland. This is a whisky with fruit and floral notes, but also, crucially, some restrained peat.
