A historic moment: TWE's first Finnish whisky! Teerenpeli distillery was founded in 2002 at the brewery of the same name in Lahti, Finland, and the name means 'flirtation' or 'dalliance'. We tried this 8yo at Whisky Live and were knocked out at how balanced and tasty it was - this is a very well-made whisky and is destined to be a huge hit.
The 2004 vintage of Teerenpeli's 8 year old. Teerenpeli distillery was founded in 2002 in Lahti, Finland. Despite being a distillery in its infancy, the future looks very promising, with the bottlings so far having been very well received.
The fourth official release of Bruichladdich's heavily-peated Port Charlotte single malt came out in 2009, arriving the same week that it was named Best Whisky at the 2009 Whisky Fringe in Edinburgh. PC8 Ar Duthchas has been amongst the most highly-regarded of this hugely sought-after series ever since.
Hazelburn whisky is distilled at Springbank distillery and is triple distilled and completely unpeated. This special first release of Hazelburn's single malt whisky has been aged for 8 years and came with three different labels, so bottle shown may not be the same label as you receive - contact us if you are looking for a specific label. Limited to just 5100 bottles, this is a definite collectors piece.
The bottling on which Glenfiddich cemented its reputation in the 1970s, this is a fabulously complex spirit for its age, (although 8yo was regarded as pretty old back then). A very tropical, fruity dram with Glenfiddich's textbook elegance - this is a winner.
A special bottling for the Springbank Society. This 1997 vintage Longrow was distilled in 1997 and matured for 8 years in a refill sherry butt. Bottled in July 2005 at cask strength and limited to only 630 bottles.
A 1980s bottling of 8 year old Blair Athol - the distillery that produces the core of the Bell's blend. This even trumpets that association with a "From the House of Bell's" sitting below their coat of arms.
