A Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottling from Bruichladdich entitled 'Elderflowers and Dentine chewing gum'. Distilled in May 1993 and bottled in 2001 at 8 years old.
The new Port Charlotte from Bruichladdich is here, arriving the same week that it was named Best Whisky at the 2009 Whisky Fringe in Edinburgh. Last year's PC7 was regarded as a return to form, it looks like this is another improvement. VERY SPECIAL PRICE!!
Hazelburn whisky is distilled at Springbank distillery and is triple distilled and completely unpeated. This special first release of Hazelburn's single malt whisky has been aged for 8 years and came with three different labels, so bottle shown may not be the same label as you receive - contact us if you are looking for a specific label. Limited to just 5100 bottles, this is a definite collectors piece.
The bottling on which Glenfiddich cemented its reputation in the 1970s, this is a fabulously complex spirit for its age, (although 8yo was regarded as pretty old back then). A very tropical, fruity dram with Glenfiddich's textbook elegance - this is a winner.
An 8 year old distillery bottling from young Highland distillery Deanston. We think this was bottled in the 1980s, a decade for much of which the distillery was mothballed.
A 1970s square bottle of 8 year old Aberlour, bottled at 50% for the Italian market. These high strength old Aberlours enjoy a particularly lofty reputation.
