Cellar-aged for over five years, Jacquart Extra Brut is a delicate blend of wines selected for their fineness, balanced acidity and good ageing potential. Only a very small amount of sugar is added to the dosage, giving a cuvee of complexity, elegance and very pure aromas and flavours with nothing to mask them. Dry and very refresing and lively - a sophisticated aperitif.

Cuvee Alpha is the replacement for the Nominée as the prestige cuvee in the Jacquart range. Launched in 2013, 2005 is the first vintage. A blend of 50% Grand Cru Pinot Noir and 50% Premier Cru Chardonnay, this will go fantastically well with sashimi or duck.
