Bundaberg Rum is a famous spirit with a cult following from Northern Queensland in Australia. 'Bundy', as it is affectionately known, is an institution in Oz and continues to win new fans abroad.
Bundaberg have used local sugar cane and put it through a process of double distillation, aging in white oak, and then filtered the spirit five times to create Bundaberg Five.
A spiced version of Bundaberg, Australia's biggest 'rum' export. Unfortunately we can't call it rum because it's less than 37.5%, but it's still the same old Bundy with an extra slab of spice.
