Adnams Liqueur

Yet another interesting drink from Southwold's Adnams, building on their gin and vodka with a Spiced Liqueur. Starting from a bag of pimenta berries left over from a winter spiced ale distiller John McCarthy did some experiments using their barley vodka as a base, ending up with this warming spicy winter liqueur.

A natural extension of the Southwold brewer's range of spirits, Adnams Copper House Sloe Gin uses their barley gin as a base and adds frozen sloes and flaked almonds for an extra marzipanny kick.

A high quality and very lemony limoncello from Adnams's Copper House distillery. Made with lemon zest, sugar and their own high quality barley distillate it's zingy and delicious.
