Mariposa started in 2012 and is the Spanish for ‘butterfly’, in honour of the Monarch butterflies that are often seen around the Tequila region in Mexico. The brand is designed as an substitute for sweeteners in cocktails and to inspire creativity in mixing as a versatile modifier.
