Very rare to find any spirit from a WWII vintage, so this is a real testimony to the bravery of the producer as well as the quality of this Armagnac, which was bottled in 1995 at fifty years of age. Awesome stuff.
The oldest Darroze armagnac we have still retains its fresh fruit aromas despite its age. The palate is exquisitely soft, caressing the tastebuds through a remarkably long finish.
