From the little-seen Braeval distillery, this hogshead-matured single cask Braes of Glenlivet 1989 has been bottled at its impressive full strength - nearly 60% after 20 years maturation.
A Braes of Glenlivet (also known as Braeval these days) from the 1975 vintage, bottled for Connoisseurs Choice by Gordon & Macphail, whose tasting notes proclaim it to be 'mouthwarming, sweet and delicate'. Incredible value for a whisky of this age.
