The 1992 vintage of Dalwhinnie's rightfully popular Distillers Edition. Like the others in the range this is 'Double Matured', receiving a second bout of cask time after the initial maturation. For Dalwhinnie they have selected Oloroso sherry casks for the second maturation, adding extra depth to the spirit.
A Connoisseurs Choice bottling of Dalwhinnie, released by Gordon & Macphail in the early 1990s. This was distilled a couple of years after Dalwhinnie closed down their onsite maltings and should be quite different to earlier vintages.
