The only distillery bottling of Glenlossie, other than a Manager's Dram. Almost all of their whisky goes into Diageo's blends, which is a shame as this is a classic spicy speysider.
A rare Glenlossie 12 year old selected by the Diageo distillery managers for staff only. Please note that the bottle numbers have been removed from the labels on some of these bottles.
The lesser-spotted Glenlossie makes an appearance here under Berry Bros' indie bottling label. Glenlossie is so highly rated by blenders that less than 1% of its production is kept as single malt. This 1975 single cask has been bottled at full strength after well over 30 years in the wood.
A Liquid Sun bottling of 36 year old sherry matured whisky from Glenlossie. This was distilled in 1975, a couple of years after sister distillery Mannochmore was built next door.
In 1974 Glenlossie was one of only 12 distilleries rated in the highest category by whisky blenders, and their enthusiasm for the malt has meant that only around 1% of the distillery's output is kept for single malt, so this 9yo full-strength 1999 bottled for Diageo's Managers' Choice will likely be highly sought-after, particularly as only 204 bottles were yielded from the cask. MAXIMUM 1 BOTTLE PER PERSON.
A 1968 vintage Glenlossie from Gordon & Macphail. Aged for 14 years and bottled under their Connoisseurs Choice label, in its 1980s brown label incarnation.
