Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky

A special bottling of Laphroaig at the unusual age of eleven years old - this was selected by Robert Hicks and Robin Shields to celebate the tenth anniversary of the Friends of Laphroaig in 2004.

A rare and highly sought-after Laphroaig from the 1977 bottled in the spring of 1995. This bottle has a very good reputation and is extremely hard to find these days.

Originally released around 2000, this great dram is becoming rarer and rarer. Laphroaig 30yo has garnered many plaudits, including a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2005.

They say Laphroaig is like Marmite - you either love it or you hate it. That goes double for sherried Laphroaig, but this cask-strength vatting of five Oloroso casks came first in the Malt Maniacs Awards 2007.

An single cask independent release of Laphroaig bottled in 1994 for Signatory. It was distilled in 1967, the same year that the distillery was sold to Long John International, and bottled at cask strength.

An old bottling of Laphroaig at a fantastic 30 years old. Bottled by Signatory for the The Whisky House in Belgium. This special bottling of 1966 Laphroaig is limited to just 60 bottles.

A truly legendary Laphroaig from the 1974 vintage, this heavily-sherried 31 year old was a limited edition of around 900 bottles produced for a French retailer and scored a whopping 95 points from Serge Valentin on Whiskyfun before capping that with a Gold Medal and the Non Plus Ultra award for the highest scoring whisky out of all the entries at the Malt Maniacs Awards 2005. An acknowledged masterpiece.
