An old bottling of the now defunct Isle of Jura 8 year old. Presented in the distillery's trademark shaped bottle, we estimate this was bottled in the 1980s. A tiny island situated off the north east coast of Islay, Jura is home to more deer than people and was where George Orwell wrote 1984.

A late 2012 release of Highland Park's excellent 25 year old whisky. A mix of ex-sherry and bourbon cask matured whisky to balance honey with rich fruit, as well as a lick of the distilleries trademark Orcadian peatiness.
Please welcome the 2011 entry into the ranks of superb Talisker 25 year olds. Where previous version of Tally 25yo have been released at fullstrength, 2011's edition is the first to be bottled from refill casks at Talisker's traditional strength of 45.8% (80 proof) with a slightly larger outturn than usual to let more people join in on the fun.
Scapa 1980 is a belter of a malt from a distillery frequently overlooked in favour of its more famous Orcadian neighbour, Highland Park. Well-presented and bottled at natural cask strength for added oomph.
The latest Talisker 25yo is another destined for the pantheon of fantastic expressions of Skye's finest. With a deceptive power hidden in a palate of incredible elegance, this is a classic iron-fist-velvet-glove Talisker par excellence.
A limited edition Tobermory from 1972, finished in Oloroso sherry casks for a deliciously rich sweetness. Released over four years ago, we have been very lucky to get our hands on a small parcel of stock of this gem.
A single sherry cask of Talisker 1994 bottled at full strength as part of Diageo's Managers' Choice series. Bandages and bonfire aromas on the nose give way to a turfy, palate with some citrus also evident before a sweet finish.
A 12 year old Highland Park in the classic dumpy bottle that was common for the distillery in the 1980s. Highland Park is Scotland's northernmost distillery, being half a mile further north than it's neighbour, Scapa.
