R. St Barth Chic Rum is an agricole rum from the island of St. Barths in the Caribbean. Aged for 4 years in re-charred ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled at 40%, this would make a sweeter 'Ti Punch.

Don Q Gran Añejo rum is produced at Destileria Serrallés in the town of Ponce in southern Puerto Rico. A blend of rums aged between 3 and 12 years old, this is a fantastic example of a rum that is dry yet has a sweet profile. This works exceptionally well when sipped on its own, or with a splash of ginger beer.
A 1991 vintage agricole rum produced by Damoiseau on Guadeloupe. Bottled in 2010, this is a big and powerful rum. Their Bellevue distillery was founded in 1942 and continues to make delicious rums to this day.
