Monin's passionfruit syrup has an unmistakably exotic flavour, and can add wonderful sweet tropical fruit notes to all manner of delicious cocktails (particularly punches and martinis). It's also pretty handy in the kitchen, especially with vanilla ice cream.

As Monin's orange syrup is derived from a citrus fruit, it's acidic - so it won't combine well with steamed milk if you were thinking of adding it to your cappuccino.
