Dupont's Cidre Reserve is made from 80% bittersweet apples and 20% acid apples. It is then aged in 400-litre oak casks for six months which used to hold their Calvados. Elegant, yet powerful and complex, this will make an excellent accompaniment for white meat or apple-based desserts.
Dupont's Cidre Cuvée Colette is a sparkling cider made using the same traditional method as is used to make Champagne (second fermentation in the bottle). Made with 75% acid apples and 25% bittersweet apples, this is an elegant and fruity cider, which makes a great aperitif or match with apple-based desserts.
