Wow I was burned the last time I payed for this, not that I was not happy to give it however. I found it very big on mint and pepper and it had a really delicate agave smell which seemed to blend perfectly with summer wind, especially with air scented with fresh cut grass. I would not recommend putting it in a cocktail given its ability to stand on its own, but I will admit to using it in the best Margarita I have ever had.
