Tasting Notes for CLASS Magazine

Appearance - Clear, golden amber (more golden and not as coppery as Bénédictine D.O.M).

Aroma - Mint, cardamom, cacao, apple wood black tea and honey.

Taste - Much drier than Bénédictine D.O.M., the B&B is nutty (hazelnut) with nutmeg, cinnamon and gingerbread spice served with black tea moistened blackened fruitcake.

Aftertaste - Cognac and honey dominate the finish. To fully appreciate serve with ice and allow some dilution.
