Tasting Notes:
Billy A

Nose: Apple, butterscotch, Malted Milk biscuits, bananas and a little bit of lime.

Taste: Again a sweet start, moving on to marzipan and then sour fruit, green apple and cinnamon. There's also vanilla, dry wood and some of the bananas from the nose.

Finish: An interesting one with this, with coconut (shell and flesh), a whiff of menthol and a bit of gooseberry just before it fades.

Customer Reviews:
The only problem with this Whisky is that it is limited to one bottle per customer. A truly outstanding dram Tony Jones.

Beautiful craftsmanship. This is a special whisky. It hits on all cylinders: wonderful bouquet on the nose, sensual mouth feel, and a spectacular finish. I tasted some great single malts in the last 12 months and this one is definitely in the top five.

Ordered Old Pulteney 21 Year Old and shared this bottle with family on Christmas Day. What a great whiskey! The whole bottle was consumed with ease!

This is a christmas present for my husband, who is yet to taste it. Just a note to say how impressed I am with the service. I ordered it in the afternoon and it was with me by courier the next day, and I paid for standard delivery. Thank you for such excellent service

A subtle, complex and refined whisky. It opens up with time and patience to produce some very pleasant surprises. Now do I open up that 30 yr old to compare ?!!

Although a great malt it comes second to Highland Park 18yr old. Which as all whisky buffs will know is the REAL most northerly distillery in Scotland.

I'm just sitting here next to yet another empty bottle of Old Pulteney, this time the 21 yo and what can I say? I love the whole range, my favourite being the 17 yo (although I'm yet to try the 30 yo) and this 21 delivers a great balance between sherry and oak, delicious on the nose but dry on the palate. You will never open my cabinet and not find at least one OP in there.
