Possessing the greatest name in American whiskey, aged for six long years and bottled at a no-nonsense 103 US proof with an extra kick provided by the substituition of rye for wheat in the mash. What's not to like?
Absolutely love this bourbon. In my opinion its easily a match for Wild Turkey 101. Neat over a touch of ice is the way to go

I'm a wild turkey drinker Mitch, and I totally agree. Its affordable, ballsy, and I love it. It slaughters the new Elijah Craig.

The first time I tried this I was a bit taken aback by the bitter, woody taste. By the time I was halfway through the bottle (after about a week) I was in love with it. If you like Turkey 101 then try this, like Turkey it is definitely not a cissy drink.I have since bought my second bottle (from TWE)and enjoying it immensely and I'm writing this review because I'm a bit miffed at some of the negative comments on this bourbon.

its a good but not great bourbon. on its own its nice but if you are comparing with WR,elija craig, rowans creek, knob creek then the quality difference really shows.

Lovely high flavour bourbon. Witness the flavours explode after adding two drops of water.

Amazingly similar to wild turkey. One of the Smoothest and best value bourbon's I have ever had.

An aggressive, fiery bourbon with a rich amber colour. Long spicy finish. Wild Turkey drinkers will appreciate this.

On the palate it is full of almost fruity corn. On the finish it is quite hot and spicy but smooth & long
