Very, very good. However... my friends and I were fortunate enough to sample this and Cardenal Mendoza's Carta Real side-by-side and suprisingly everyone decidedly preferred the Carta Real. The Non Plus Ultra's finish is longer and more complex, but overall it is less vibrant than Carta Real.
