It looks like it wasn't a very active sherry cask. We'll have full tasting notes up soon, but from the nose it's not a heavy sherried whisky and while it has picked up a bit of sweetness it's still quite light and fruity.

i know i might sound like an idiot with such a question, but how in the hell this is so light after 18 years in a sherry cask? thank you for your answer
