Bowmore 1964 / Sherry Cask Miniature

A miniature sample bottle of one of the best ever Bowmore 1964s, originally bottled for Oddbins in 2000. This sherry cask was originally earmarked by Bowmore as the very best of these famous casks and tasting it, you can see why - all the flavours are super-concentrated and there are some gorgeous leafy notes on the palate as well. The cask yielded just 99 full size bottles, of which 95 were sold, so this is a real rarity.
