Interesting stuff! Definitely not a great single malt, but an unique one. Nose: roasted cereals, faint smoke, salt, lemon and hints of seaweed and mussels (sounds unusual? Well, it is!). Dry and light-bodied with a rather short finish, appetizing. Looking for a malt that might well work together with sushi? This should be the right choice!
