light on the nose; full of medicinal scent and a feint whiff of salty sea breeze. on the tongue, expect a lighter, more lemon and apricot-citrus inspired twist, and evolving sweet peaty and smoky essence. Compared to Talisker, it is lighter and less pungent. It, however, has a superior fruity sweet aroma and a warming glow after taste which is never bitter.

Very nice Bowmore with hints of vanilla and of course smoke and peat. Really good value for money in this 17 yo edition
