Umeshu is absolutely gorgeous, the delicious scent of Japanese plum really permeates in this sweet liquor. Try it with tonic, orange juice or even milk with lots of ice.

I am complete novice as far as wine is concerned, but I know what I like and this is good. I bought two bottles at the Duty Free shop at the airport in Tokyo and I'm hoping it taste the same as what I had there.

Fascinating - complex apricot, plums, christmas cake, dried fruit. Sweeter than I expected (medium sherry?). I imagine this would make a superb icecream or sorbet. You wouldnt drink more than a liqueur glass. The whole fruit in the bottle are even better than the drink. No stones or anything.
