Chapter 6 is the official release of proper three year old unpeated English single malt whisky from Norfolk's St. George's distillery, which has become a phenomenon following recent media coverage. Whisky Bible Awards 2014: 96 Points
By far the best English Whisky I have ever tried, complex nose and flavours of bananas and nuts. Long finish. Bought it on the strength of its 96 point rating and was not dissapointed.

For a 3 year old whiskey it is fantastic.Buy and enjoy with confidence. No ice or mixers , its far too good for that.

I have to agree it is light in taste and no actual kick in any flavours if you drink this neat. However put the ice cube in the glass first, then pour the whisky on top. You will find a transformation in flaours busrting out. I would always recomend trying any whisky neat first then for your second taste put an ice cube in and see if you find any changes.

No extreme peat levels to distract from the youthfulness of the spirit, just notes of champagne and digestive biscuits,- delightful.
