Just had a free glass in my local restaurant because it was my birthday. Nice. A lovely glass of whisky.

Aging in the refill sherry nicely liberates this dram from the exuberant sherriness thus creating PE very close to its monumantal taste.I would however prefer maybe a refill bourbon edition wondering whether there could appear a vanilla/coconuts smoke.
