A deliciously tasty gin from the highly innovative Williams Chase distillery in Herefordshire. Not content with knocking out the delightful Chase potato vodka, they've now bottled this wonderfully fresh (and pleasantly potent) gin, distilled from their own organically grown apples. Bravo!
If you like your gins different and distinctive then this a must for the collection, it reminds me a bit of G'vine in that to smell it you would still wonder if it was a gin. The apples give it a nice sourness on the palate and is nice served with a slice of red apple, or alternatively with Lemon peel and Liquorice. 83/100
