A very decent whisky at a good price. A couple on the rocks and its all OK! Top stuff!

Nowhere near as smokey and sweet as Jack Daniel's old number 7, more spice to the palate and the finish is a little more watery. I would prefer old number 7 over this, but, for the price, mixed with a soda like Pepsi or Coke, it's well worth it.

This is rough stuff in my opinion best suited as a mixer. Nothing wrong with that but as a sipper, I'd pass it.

Love this stuff and yes straight is the way to go, one of the better tasting Bourbons.

Lovely over ice, class bourbon. And I was a single malt snob until recently !

Its a solid well priced whiskey and is still one of my faves. I too like it as much as a good scotch and Ive tried pretty much all the mainstream scotch. I find the nose is a little ethanol, but the taste reminds me of vanilla, mild caramel with a little spice. The burn is low compared to say wild turkey. A very good party drink in that it can be mixed well, but I like it neat.

This is a gorgeous drink and the fact that it's popularity annoys some Whisky snobs is a bonus! I love a good bottle of Jim Beam as much as any single malt. Variety is the spice of life some Whisky snobs should learn that.

Yeah, this dram has a "maize infusion" but still it is well rounded, easy to drink and with a good value for money. I personally love this fresh aroma, which is dead in older bourbons, characteristic for their too woody "toasty oakiness".

What Jack Daniels does to Coca Cola, Jim Beam does to Pepsi but only better. If you are a coke and whiskey type or person, you really need to try Jim Beam white with Pepsi Max. Without a doubt the best whiskey and coke mixer out there!

Everyone luvs to hate the Beam! It's a good "utility" bourbon, decent mixer, not too bad neat.. try it with an open mind.

"meant for sipping"!!! I love it! If you sip this stuff then you should start worrying about your alcohol dependancy!

Having a taste for whiskey doesn't translate to an automatic taste for bourbon. This bourbon, like most others, is an acquired taste, but once acquired, a darn good one. Sweet, maize-infused body, with a sharp palate and semi-smooth finish. Meant for sipping, and okay over ice.

No idea how anyone could drink this straight. A half decent mixer but thats about it. Pay the extra $$$'s and get the 'black' version.
