A range of unusual liqueurs developed by Gabriel Boudier for use in the 3-Michelin-starred restaurants run by the Bernard Loiseau group. This one is made with Strawberries and Tasmanian Black Pepper, which sounds rather amazing.

Orangey colour with a touch of copper. Crushed strawberries and pepper dominate the nose, while on the palate the finish is distinctly spicy. Black pepper is commonly used in Spain and Portugal to boost the flavour of strawberries.
