A range of unusual liqueurs developed by Gabriel Boudier for use in the 3-Michelin-starred restaurants run by the Bernard Loiseau group. This exotic beauty is flavoured with peach and hibiscus flower and should be fantastico.
The colour is like a mature burgundy wine, with orange tints, much of it coming from hibiscus buds which are freeze-dried for freshness. The nose combines fruit and floral notes, while in the mouth the ripe fleshy fruit envelops the hibiscus. The peach is a wild variety of pêche de vigne, now grown, on the initiative of Gabriel Boudier, near Nuits St Georges.
