Appearance - Clear, mid golden.

Aroma - Rye bread, rye bread dough and cedarwood with light varnish note and pleasing rye black pepper and cinnamon spice.

Taste - Faint oily mouth feel with distinct rye notes extending with creamy vanilla, gingerbread and chocolatey notes.

Aftertaste - Long nutty bready rye with lingering nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
