Tomatin 1999 / 10 Year Old / Cask #29457

A 10yo Tomatin 1999, finished in a Tempranillo (ie Rioja grape) wine cask after initial maturation in refill American oak. Like the 1997 released at the same time, this has been bottled at 57.1% (100-proof), although the box says 'Natural Strength'. If they really were both naturally 100 proof on the day they were bottled in November 2009, that's a remarkable coincidence.
