Mineral, toasty brioche and citrus with green herbaceous broccoli notes and vanilla.

Taste
Full bodied, slight honeyed sweetness and fruity with dried apricot, honeysuckle and sweet lime zest atop biscuity body.

Aftertaste
Sweet, citrus and fresh herbal finish with an almost anise-like minty lingering freshness.

2007 - Low key nose. Entry very clean, racy, zesty, perfectly poised and elegant. Really beautiful intensity, delicacy, fruit, layers and integrated yeast. Super!

2008 - Crème brulee and toffee. Rich creamy mousse; full with toast toffees. Long crème brulee finish.

The Cuvee Brut de Nominee is a rich golden yellow with a hint of green.  It has a fresh, ripe citrus aroma with an overtone of freshly baked bread.  Moving on to the palate of this exceptional cuvee, flavours of grapefruit and lime open up, producing a lively and refreshing sensation, characteristic of the great Chardonnays, and a finish that goes on and on.
