An exuberantly spicy malt, with plenty of sherry influence, Glen Ord is a fine example of the Highland style and very good value for money. This bottling is now discontinued, to be replaced by Singleton of Glen Ord, so grab one while you can.

I have drank this great malt for a number of years. I have a bottle unopened which I received as a gift about 10 years ago. It is very difficult to obtain now and I will try it's succesor but trust me this malt is brilliant. It got me hooked on single malts. I have tried numerous but none better than this.

Managed to snaffle a shot of this while on holiday. Totally hooked there an then.
It's difficult to explain the different flavours this malt actually delivers. Criminal act in my view to discontinue it but that's life!!
Great malt and even if your a peat lover, don't let it disappear without trying it, as it delivers a subtle peaty after taste.

Just tasted and I became a big fun of this stuff. It is increadible complex Highland Malt surelly affected by a neighboring Spyside. It is freshness itself. It has a plentyfull mouth watering citrus notes which catch me on the first contact. I hope I will be able to get some bottles for a worse times, if really discontinued.

My favourite whisky of time. Shame they've stopped making it. As I understand it the replacement (The Singleton Of Glen Ord) is similar, but slightly different.

Absolutely fabulous and smooth. Hint of smoke. This is the best 12yo that I have drank. HIGHLY recommend.
