Pretty darn tasty stuff here, especially for a clear. This cachaca is darn smooth and can be taken neat. Be forewarned though, this is nothing like your typical rum. It's light and refreshing with almost a butterscotch sweetness and an organic almost grassy freshness. It is distilled from fresh pressed sugar cane, no molasses here. If you want to stray from your typical rums and still have quality, this is certainly a good place to start. BAM! Stamp of approval.
