Esprit de June Liqueur

An unusual liqueur from the Cognac region of France, Esprit de June is a blend of distillates created using the flowers from various vines including Ugni Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The flowers blossom for just a few days during June (hence the name) and are infused with neutral grape spirit before being distilled in a Florentine still (normally used in the production of perfume). The separate distillates are then blended together and distilled again.
