christmas cake in a glass!

The peat is soft, pleasant and warm, but doesn't have the bite of a Scotch but... does really matter? A splendid relaxing finish, exactly what we would ask for any Japanese spirit.

A very interesting malt. Nose is floral and there is strong bourbon presence. peat and smoke flavour is very intense, maybe too intense. I strongly suggest to add drop of water, it opens the whole malt and makes it much fruitier.
