Appearance - Crystal clear. With water louches cloudy milky white with faint bluish tint.

Aroma - Inviting confectioner's liquorice with green anise and fennel. Clean and fresh with an almost menthol quality and faint lavender.

Taste - Superbly clean, green anise and fennel with peppermint freshness and faint camomile.

Aftertaste - Long fresh finish with anise and white pepper.
