This stuff is very unpleasant, tastes more like cheap amaretto than cherry flavour. Extremely artificial, it even openly admits on the bottle that it contains caramel colour! Why would a Bourbon based liqueur need tI have artificial colour?? If you're looking for an alternative to Jim Beam Red Stag, look elsewhere.

I saw this for sale in a drink shop, and they were giving away samples, so not being rude I tried it, and im afraid it was far too marzipan for me, and far too sweet too. Personally i'd stick with the jim beam red stag Black Cherry, darker but smoother.

I was so excited to taste this drink. The bottle was so pleasing to the eye. the bouquet was extremely cherry, it reminded me of marzipan. On first taste i was peasently surprised. Such an amazing flavour that became increasingly stronger with every sip. the texture is suprisingly smooth. I will enjoy drinking the whole of this bottle to myself this evening. ;~)
