Nose: Initially thick with vanilla bean, but sniff a bit harder and there's a sweet and fruity honey hiding underneath.
Taste: Sticky and sweet, with vanilla and nutmeg hanging around into a tingling warm finish.

Ordered some of this a little while ago and thought I should add my thoughts, more of a bourbon vanilla than a sweet vanilla which is pretty potent and as already stated, this isn't one for drinking neat. Though for a cocktail party this comes as an amazing treat. Perfect for the right occasion but not one for regular drinking.

Really enjoyed this rum. Kind of reminds me of the sailor Jerry before they changed the recipe. Bought a random selection of a few different types of rum from this site and people enjoyed this one the most.

Agreed Billy. However I found the vanilla to be over powering and was unable to truely enjoy this rum neat or even with a twist of lime. One for mixing to try and hide the rich flavours
