The latest in Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne's range of tweaks to their standard recipe. London Market Gin uses a range of more exotic botanicals, the sort of thing you might find in the London markets when Beefeater founder James Burrough was experimenting. This adds in pomegranate, cardamon and Kaffir lime leaves, to give a spicy and interestingly fruity gin.
