Clear, bright golden. Subdued muscovado sugar, golden syrup and overripe banana nose with vanilla and a slight whiff of yacht varnish. Dry, light/medium palate with sweet ripe banana, vanilla and dried tropical fruit balanced by spicy oaky tannins. Medium finish with more tropical fruit, lingering buttery vanilla and lightly tannic oak - fades with salty spicy oak.
