Clear, pale straw golden. Enticing, pungent estery nose with just-mashed overripe banana, freshly baked crispy croissants, linseed oil and tropical fruit. Light/medium bodied palate with muscovado sugar, banana crème brûlée and corn-like plastic notes (in a good way). Long burnt sugar finish with light, slightly bitter oaky tannins.
