Nose
Perfumy, grassy. Peaty. Smoked dry hay. Meadowsweet flowers. Nutty. Praline and nougat.

Palate
Oily, velvety. Luscious smooth sweetness. Smoky. Pears in vanilla syrup. Peaches. Rich, creamy. With water, a fresh citrus note (lime).

Finish
Dry and crisp, spicy with a lovely almond aftertaste (blancmange).

Comments
Unusual profile for a... Bn! Very interesting though. The perfect companion to a cheese and fruit plate.
