Nose: Very fresh & clean, some light honey & grassiness - really a world away from standard issue sherried OB Aberlours.  Develops on marshmallows.  With water, lovely floral sweetpea & sugared almond notes.

Palate: Big natural sweet hit, still very clean but, as you'd expect at full strength, it's a little hot & peppery - needs water. With water: Stays true to the diluted nose - Polished oak, honeysuckle, sugared almonds.

Finish: Long & warming, getting quite dry.
